Natalia Ledezma

Co-Founder

I have always believed that people are the most powerful engine
of any organization.

This conviction has stayed with me throughout my entire professional life and inspires me every day: helping others grow, discovering their potential, and connecting them with opportunities that transform their journey.

I feel fulfilled when I can create a positive impact on someone—when a conversation, a decision, or a new opportunity becomes a turning point. That is why my purpose is connecting talent with opportunities. I enjoy helping people discover and leverage their strengths to do what makes them happy, within an organization that values them and provides the space to grow.

For over 25 years, I have worked in the world of Talent Management and Leadership, leading Executive Search, Talent Development, and Organizational Culture projects for top-tier multinational corporations. I have had the opportunity to do this across sectors such as Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Technology, Finance, Consumer Goods, Logistics, and Operations, with my experience spanning Latin America and the USA.

Each experience has taught me something new: how to balance strategy with empathy, how to understand the business without losing sight of the people, and how to generate sustainable results that truly add value.

I hold a degree in Industrial Relations and an MBA. However, beyond my academic background, my personal growth has been deeply enriched by becoming a certified Ontological Coach (Newfield Network) and Executive Coach (Institute for Generative Leadership). These certifications have allowed me to support leaders and teams from a more reflective and conscious perspective, integrating human development with organizational effectiveness.

Today, I look back and confirm that my career has been much more than a professional journey: it has been a way of life. Because for me, managing talent is not just about filling a vacancy—it is about helping people flourish and organizations evolve.

Co-Founder

I have always believed that organizational change begins at the human level.

Before transforming a company, you must support people in transforming themselves. This conviction has been my compass for over 25 years, working
with leaders in diverse countries.

I enjoy partnering with leaders to discover their talent and transform it into tangible actions that positively impact their teams and the business. For me, culture is not an abstract concept but a living reality that allows everything to flow when it is aligned with values.

My career has focused on cultural transformation, organizational development, and strengthening leadership. I am passionate about facilitating processes where teams connect through their differences to build solid, common goals.

I have led transformations from multinational corporations to family-owned companies in Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, USA and Australia. My global experience has taught me that results go deeper when local culture is respected and diversity is embraced.

I hold a degree in Industrial Relations with a specialization in Finance, and I am also an Organizational and Ontological Coach. Over the last decade, I have specialized as an Intercultural Coach, integrating technical expertise with sensitivity to foster authentic leadership in diverse environments.

My purpose is to help organizations evolve from the inside out. I seek to transform beliefs and habits to generate results that are genuinely human, sustainable, and have a direct impact on both people and business profitability.

Ultimately, my career is summed up by helping others discover their authenticity.
I am convinced that only from that personal truth is it possible to lead with conviction and build solid companies for the future.
