If you had to tell us what motivates you, where would you start?

I think I would start with what has always motivated me: people. From a very young age, I understood that they are the most powerful driving force in any organization. And that when someone manages to connect with their purpose and the right place, they can transform not only their career, but also the direction of a company.

If you could summarize your purpose in one sentence, what would it be?

I would say my purpose is to help people flourish and organizations evolve. Because managing talent isn't about filling a vacancy… it's about opening doors, fostering stories, and building cultures that transcend.

If you had to tell us what inspires you in your work, where would you start?

I think I would start with something very simple, yet profound: all organizational change begins with people. Before transforming a company, you have to support people in transforming themselves. That idea has guided my career for over 25 years, working with leaders and teams in different countries and cultures.

If you had to define your purpose in one sentence, what would it be?

My purpose is to help individuals and organizations evolve from within. Because it all begins with individual transformation. And when people change, organizations flourish as well.
